Vs Sagan Tosu (away) 28/10/26 Levain Cup 4th round

Sagan Tosu 0 - 2 Kawasaki Frontale

So we’re safely through to the next round of the Levain Cup at a ground that I love but at which we often struggle. Once again I wasn’t able to go to this game, (part timer…), and have researched as far as watching the goals to write this utterly pointless blog post. Hasebe rotated back to the cup team once more and it seems they did the business again. Was nice to see Yamaichi get another goal and naturally GOAL MARCIN, (goal machine said with a little bit of pronunciation mangling), Marcinho got one too, even though he was only in the pitch for just a bit more than 20 minutes. Is he making a charge for league MVP? That would be a big surprise! The draw for the next round is taking place today. Next up in the league we’ve got YFM away on Sunday. Somewhat shockingly, we’ve now won five games in a row in all competitions. It would be absolutely typical if we messed up that run with a stinker away at our most irritating neighbours. Fingers crossed that doesn’t happen.
